Walk-ins are always welcome and we’ll try our best to accommodate, but we highly recommend making an appointment to make sure we can fit your specific time request especially if you are bringing a friend or two and prefer to sit together. All appointments made for parties 5 or more require a 20% deposit, 24 hour cancellation notice required or deposit is non-refundable. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover only, sorry no gratuity on credit cards. In the event that you cannot keep your appointment, please call in advance. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more we will either need to reschedule or we will accommodate to the best of our ability without interruption to our next scheduled appointment.
Your safety is our top priority. We use hospital grade autoclave machine, which is use to sterilize all of our tools along with storing our tools in sanitary pouches to avoid contamination of any kind. Our spas are equipped with an innovative removable jet which are always soaked in barbicide to make sure it’s bacteria free. For each client we use only disposable files, disposable buffers and disposable pedicure pumice sponges. Best of all we use disposable tub liners for better sanitation.
We do not guarantee regular nail polish, however we do guarantee artificial nail enhancements for up to 3 days.
If you experience any chipping or issues with your gel powder polish or gel polish within 3 days of service we will happily fix at no charge, one time fixed only. (Example dates 5/01 guaranteed until 5/03) Please call us as soon as possible to address the issues and schedule an appointment. Walk-ins fixed upon availability.

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours and appointments that required a deposit will be charged 20% of your reserved services. No shows will be charged the full service. Repeat offenders will require a deposit to hold any future appointments.
We are unable to offer refunds for services previously rendered. Please see our receptionist at the time of service if you experience any issues during your visit. However, we do offer a 3 day guarantee: If you experience any chipping or issues with your gel powder polish or gel polish within 3 days of service we will happily fix at no charge.
7LOST AND FOUND
We are not responsible for any items left behind at BeOn Nails. Any items left after 7 days will be donated to a local charity.
