• Note any specific requests (colors, styles, inspiration photos, etc.) in the comment section when booking. This helps us prepare in advance and match you with the right technician.

• To request a specific nail technician, click the "Employee" drop-down menu and select your preferred technician.

• Be sure to press "SUBMIT REQUEST" on Step 4 to receive a confirmation number for your appointment.

• Appointments are confirmed via text message. Please ensure your phone number is entered correctly to avoid missing updates.

• ⏰ Running late? Please call us if you're running more than 10 minutes behind—late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services.

• 💅 Change of plans? If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees and to allow other clients the opportunity to book.
